This is Product Digital Counter based MicroController Electro Suite as the Final Project, is to design and analyze an instrument using microprocessor AT89S51 to calculate the object coupled with an infrared as a detector.
The design purpose of this tool is more focused to calculate the products of one industry, especially when packing. Industry products are usually in plastic wrap packs, cartons and crates for bottles. This tool is suitable for use in the final output of a product industry. Placed parallel to a conveyor belt that carries the product, and will be counted by sensors and displayed on a 7-segment.

This is Digital Volume Control using IC 74193, 555, CD4067, 7805, 7407 Electro Suite, made to replace the ancient potentiometer, using 6 ICs and required 12 Volt DC to operate the voltage regulator circuit. Frequencies or periods of IC 555 could be determined by choosing the Resistor of R44, R55 in combination with the capacitor C6 which has a 0.3 second period.
IC2 74193 (up / Down 4-bit (0-15) Counter), is used to raise or lower the calculation, in this suite, mode up is used to raise the volume and mode down is used to decrease the volume. IC3 and IC4 CD4067 (16-channel Analog Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Datasheet), whereas IC3 as the level indicator and IC4 as the potentiometer. Switch S2 is used to increase the volume and Switch S3 is used to decrease the volume. Electrolytic capacitors of 1uF (C4) is used to prevent the occurrence of noise. While the resistors R8 and R6 are used to inhibit the voltage at half the supply voltage in order to avoid any distortion of the audio signal from the preamplifier. While the capacitors C2, C3 and resistor R7 are provided to filter the audio.
